I feel truly blessed to have crossed paths with her offerings. Her pure energy and depth of wisdom is rare to come by. A collaborative treatment & teaching where I take you through a specific sequence that will restore & rehydrate distorted fascial tissue and release/detangle adhesions, improving pain, mobility, functionality, posture, and overall health and wellbeing of the entire body.
Since we cannot separate emotional adhesions from physical ones - oftentimes, discussion and processing through any kind of distortion will take place during a session.
This is a great option for those who are experiencing longstanding adhesions/misalignments and limited mobility, as I manually apply the techniques while the client rests, breathes, and receives.
6-9 months of consistent treatment is recommended to experience the most profound results.
Then clients will be able to implement their own routine themselves, if they wish, and only reach out when they feel they require or desire assistance.
I will still provide regular hands-on support if that is required or requested by the client.

Trauma Integration Support & Fascial Memory Storage Processing
A profound style of treatment in which Christina guides you through several types of therapeutic modalities to COMPLETE/resolve trauma and their impacts, instead of just managing, suppressing, escaping, denying or coping.
Together, we work to develop a secure and safe bond. Then begin to dive into and decode the messages behind one’s pain, discovering and connecting to fragmented parts or pieces within, working with protector parts/wounded hidden aspects.
We work to develop the compassionate witness & practice unbiased self-inquiry, uncovering core unmet requirements, and accessing ways of co-generating or offering what is necessary to end cycles and patterns of suffering.
Over time, we begin to learn and discern the difference between one’s own parts and pieces to integrate and those of which we are not meant to integrate, instead removing our attention from/participation with.
This can be done with hands-on treatment to uncover and connect to memories and materials that have been stored within the fascial tissue. Or it can be done digitally/through online sessions, with guided walkthroughs and exercises to facilitate the experience.
Initial (120 min) $275
Follow-ups (90 min) $200

Your Questions, Answered
What is Gua Sha?
Gua Sha is an ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine healing practice that involves gentle scraping or rubbing of the skin with tools and/or hands that help to re-establish healthy flow and function of tissue. Gua means to “rub” or scrape”, Sha is the “garbage”, debris, or stagnation from the tissue that is being “removed” or brought to the surface for clearing.
What is Trauma? And what does trauma integration mean?
Trauma in its most simple definition is distress without resolve. It is the “after effect” of some form of distressing or disrupting experience, whether it be from something that happened that was painful, shocking, and difficult to process, or from something that didn’t happen/consistently not experiencing something that was required.
Trauma is not the event itself, it is the “snapshot" or imprint the experience leaves upon us. It is reflected by the meaning or relationship one develops to the experience in which we will begin to establish certain patterns, strategies, or tendencies that may be beneficial in the short-term/ensure survival, yet can be destructive, distorted, and damaging to self and/or others long term.
When we experience trauma, we fragment. This means we no longer operate in life as a whole and unified expression. Pieces of us splinter off, we form subpersonalities or “parts” that often do not work or operate harmoniously with the other aspects of self and/or others.
Integrating trauma is the process of re-owning, responding to, and stewarding any part of self that has been disowned, denied, suppressed, or rejected. It is the art of discovering and clarifying unmet requirements and offering them/co-generating experiences in which these requirements are met. It is the experience of becoming aware of & harmonizing all parts and aspects of self back into a functional and healthy cohesive team. Ceasing propagation of harm and separation inside of ourselves, that will then be reflected outside of us. Optimizing relationships in many layers different layers/dimensions of reality.
What is Fascia?
Fascia is a multi-layered triple helix collagen fiber network comprised of nanotubules that are braided together. Fascia wraps around every muscle, organ, bone, joint, blood vessel and nerve in the body - holding every element within the body together. It is essentially the scaffolding of the human body.
The health, hydration, and quality of this network determines the way one’s entire body functions, feels, and operates.
Fascia dictates one’s movement/mechanical capacity, one’s mental and emotional processing, health and immune expression and function, all the way down to the way our cells communicate and transport materials, electrical impulses, and exchange information with other parts of ourselves.
Fascia becomes distorted, blocked or imbalanced from:
Dehydration, loss of toe dexterity/tight shoes, stress, misaligned postural patterns and chronic sitting or inactivity, overuse/repetitive use, lack of mobility, linear or rigid training, damaged tissues, trauma, stagnation, and lack of sweating.
The health and quality of one’s fascia has direct correlation to the health and quality of one’s life experience. The state of one’s fascia directly correlates to one’s level of consciousness (or awareness). Taking care of it and keeping it smooth, fluid, and untangled is incredibly important. Addressing any distortion, blockage, or adhesion within it has the capacity to quite literally change one’s life.
Clients can expect 100% attentive focus and unconditional presence from Christina. She provides the utmost care and respect for the whole being, especially one’s physical tissue.
After history is discussed and rapport is established, Christina will attune deeply to what the client requires in that moment to reestablish healthy flow, function, and integrity of the fascial tissue. This can be with the use of Gua sha as a modality - however, breathwork, fascial retraining, release and/or stretch techniques, movement therapy, emotional processing, and other tools may be applied, based on what is required and indicated.
Clients can expect to feel/experience more optimized flow of blood/healthy fluids, energy, and hydration within themselves. Posture & positioning may shift rather quickly, mechanics realigned, and tension alleviated. Many feel deeply relaxed, perhaps a bit sleepy afterwards.
Many often describe that suppressed and surfaced memories or information may begin to bubble up into conscious awareness. For this reason, Christina offers supplemental support outside of session time, when required.
What can I expect in a session?
Fascial therapy is for EVERYONE. Gua sha is not.
Gua sha is not indicated for those with bleeding and/or clotting disorders, those taking blood thinners, and those undergoing active chemotherapy and/or radiation treatment. Gua sha is also not for those with any kind of infectious skin condition, open wounds or sores, or those with intensive heart/circulatory conditions, like severe heart disease or deep vein thrombosis.
Clients MUST disclose relevant medical history and situation, in order to determine if it is safe. Those who are pregnant must share that information with Christina, as certain modalities are not indicated as a result. If you experience the above-referenced conditions, do not be discouraged! Together we can access what is in alignment for you.
